To book Dubrovnik Active Festival simply complete our online booking form. Once your booking has been processed, our reservation team will email you a Booking Confirmation and payment details

PAYMENT POLICY

To reserve a spot on Dubrovnik Active Festival, a non-refundable booking fee of 300€ is required upon booking. After a confirmation has been emailed to you, full payment (the balance) must be made within 30 days before Dubrovnik Active Festival start date. Prices are based per person for a double room/twin share or a private single room. Prices do not include flights or adequate travel insurance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Please note that It is your responsibility to organize suitable travel and health insurance and we strongly encourage you to do so. Dubrovnik Active Holidays is not in the business of providing insurance products and cannot be held liable for your failure to arrange suitable insurance that can leave you exposed, medically, financially or otherwise.

DUBROVNIK ACTIVE FESTIVAL CANCELLATIONS DEFINITIONS

“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled event, including postponing or rescheduling. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their holiday, but unexpected things do happen, so please consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY

Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule (“the Cancellation fee schedule”):

If you cancel 30 days or more before Active Festival start date, you will be refunded the full amount (minus your 300€ booking fee)
If you cancel 30 days or less before Active Festival start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.

Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.

DUBROVNIK ACTIVE HOLIDAYS CANCELLATION POLICY

If Dubrovnik Active Holidays must cancel or change a scheduled event date for any safety reasons or whatsoever, you can accept the changes or you may request a full refund which will be accommodated as soon is possible.

Dubrovnik Active Holidays is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled event such as other accommodation, airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

PASSPORTS, VISAS AND DOCUMENTS

It is the responsibility of each participant to obtain a valid passport, visa(s) and necessary certificates for Dubrovnik Active festival

THIRD PARTIES

Dubrovnik Active Holidays holds no responsibility for the actions or omissions of third parties or independent contractors, including in the event that they modify the nature of a service on the Active Festival as compared with the advertised nature of the service.

GENERAL WAIVER

You acknowledge that during Dubrovnik Active Festival, you participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged by the Active Festival organizers, and insofar as legally permissible, surrender your right to any cause of action against Dubrovnik Active Holidays arising from any injuries, loss or damage to person or property that occurs during a festival.

PHOTO / VIDEO RELEASE FORM

I hereby grant to Dubrovnik Active Holidays the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use photographic portraits / images / videos in which I feature that are taken during the course of the festival to use / republish / copyright, etc. for commercial use in association with Dubrovnik Active Holidays. I hereby release and discharge Dubrovnik Active Holidays from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the

photographs and video footage, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
